1. Services
Breaking Dynamic Studios provides professional services including:
- Discord server setup and development
- Discord bot creation and maintenance
- Intelligence and investigative services conducted lawfully
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- All information provided to us is accurate and truthful.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested.
- Use our services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
- Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Comply with any instructions or policies related to service use.
4. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in our services, software, content, and documentation remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our services for your intended purpose.

- For intelligence agency services, confidentiality obligations are especially strict and governed by applicable law and contractual agreements.
6. Payment and Fees
- Service fees and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before commencement of any work.
- Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
- All fees are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breaking Dynamic Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Breaking Dynamic Studios and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
- Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services for violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
