Affiliation Program Guidelines

I. Purpose

The BDS Affiliation Program exists to expand the reach of Breaking Dynamic Studios through trusted partners who actively refer, represent, and support our vision. Affiliates are expected to operate professionally, uphold our brand values, and contribute positively to our ecosystem.

II. Entry Requirements

  1. Must be at least 16 years old and legally permitted to participate in affiliate-based programs.
  2. Must not have a history of scamming, impersonation, or ethical violations in any digital or real-world communities.
  3. Must demonstrate understanding of BDS services and community standards.
  4. Must be approved by a senior member of the BDS leadership team.

III. Roles and Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for:

  • Promoting BDS services to prospective clients through ethical and truthful means.
  • Using official BDS branding when authorized.
  • Representing BDS in external discussions with respect and professionalism.
  • Referring clients directly to our official Discord, website, or ticket system.
  • Reporting suspicious behavior or security breaches to BDS staff immediately.

IV. Branding and Identity Usage

  1. Affiliates may only use BDS logos, banners, and branding provided via the official Affiliate Kit.
  2. Unauthorized alterations or imitation of BDS branding is prohibited.
  3. Affiliates may not present themselves as staff unless explicitly appointed as such.
  4. “Powered by BDS” or other affiliate-related labels must not imply ownership or exclusive licensing.

V. Promotion Guidelines

  1. All promotions must be honest, transparent, and reflect the actual scope of BDS services.
  2. Misleading claims, inflated pricing guarantees, or unauthorized service bundling are grounds for removal.
  3. Affiliate links or referral codes should be shared respectfully; spam or forced promotion is forbidden.
  4. Promotion on platforms that violate Discord ToS, host illegal content, or promote hate/discrimination is not allowed.

VI. Referral System and Compensation

  1. Each affiliate receives a unique referral method (link, code, or tag).
  2. Commissions are based on referred project value and are calculated individually.
  3. Payments may include cash, cryptocurrency, Discord Nitro, or BDS services, depending on prior agreement.
  4. Rewards for affiliate tiers (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold) may unlock higher payouts or internal access.
  5. Referral tracking must be clear; failure to use the assigned method may void commission eligibility.
  6. All commissions are issued within a maximum of 30 days post-confirmed delivery.

VII. Conduct and Ethics

  1. Affiliates must operate in accordance with the ethical standards set by BDS.
  2. Harassment, abuse, manipulation, or drama toward other affiliates, clients, or staff is strictly prohibited.
  3. Affiliates are expected to act neutrally and refrain from escalating inter-community conflicts.
  4. Any illegal activity (e.g., fraud, doxxing, account selling) results in instant termination and blacklisting.

VIII. Confidentiality and Security

  1. Affiliates may be granted limited access to sensitive project, client, or pricing information.
  2. Sharing internal data without explicit permission is a direct violation of contract.
  3. All affiliate-accessed materials (tracking tools, marketing decks, etc.) are to be used solely for program purposes.
  4. Suspicious activity, breaches, or data mishandling must be reported without delay.

IX. Termination and Blacklisting

  1. BDS reserves the right to terminate any affiliate without prior warning or stated reason.
  2. Affiliates who breach guidelines may be blacklisted from future partnership, referrals, or involvement with BDS projects.
  3. In severe cases, BDS may publicly revoke affiliation to preserve brand reputation.
  4. All affiliate assets must be removed or surrendered upon termination.

X. Updates and Legal Notices

  1. These guidelines are subject to revision. BDS will notify affiliates of major changes via official communication.
  2. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to remain informed and compliant.
  3. Participation in this program does not establish employment, agency, or legal partnership.
  4. Disputes or interpretation issues will be resolved solely by BDS executive discretion.
